Surah Ali Imran (Imran Family) is the third sura in the Koran. This chapter consists of 200 verses, and includes chapters Madaniyah. Named Ali 'Imran Imran's family for publishing a story that was mentioned in the story of the birth of Christ, the equation happened to the Prophet Adam, prophetic, and some of his miracles, and is also called the birth of Maryam bint Imran, the mother of Prophet Isa.

Al-Baqarah and Ali 'Imran is called Az-Zahrawan (Two The Shining), as this chapter reveals two things according to what the Qur'an is hidden by the People of the Book, such as events and the arrival of the birth of Christ Prophet Muhammad, and so on.
