Surah At-Taubah (Forgiveness) is the ninth Sura of the Qur'an. This Sura is Sura Medinan, Sura consisting of 129 verses. Called At-Tawba which means "forgiveness" for the At-Tawba repeatedly referred in this Sura. Called also with which means leaving yourself Baraah. Leaving yourself here means that the termination was a statement of transportation, due to most of his talk about statement termination points of a peace treaty with the polytheists.
In contrast to the other Sura-Sura, then at the beginning of this letter there is no speech, because this Sura of the basmala is a declaration of war by the sense that all Muslims are deployed to combat all the polytheists, while servants of peace and love the basmalah of God's love.
This Sura was revealed after Muhammad returned from the battle of Tabuk in 9 H. announcement was delivered by Ali Ibn Abi Talib in the Hajj season of that year.
